Instruction

• Guitar

  I will accept motivated students ages 10 and up for Guitar lessons starting immediately. Lessons begin with a combination of classical and contemporary styles. Basic music theory for the Guitar is included. Students will be work towards proficiency in reading both traditional Treble cleff music, tabluture, and lead sheets to perform music on the traditional 6 string Guitar. Students will be required to have an acoustic Guitar the Carcassi Method Book and a regular lined notebook. 

• Bass

  I am available for instruction on the 4 string bass guitar. Lessons begin with a combination of classical and contemporary styles. Basic music theory for the Bass Guitar is included. Students will be work towards proficiency in reading both traditional Treble cleff music, tabluture, and lead sheets to perform music on the Bass. Students will be required to have a Bass guitar (acoustic guitar style or regular electric) and a regular lined notebook.

• Music Theory

  I will accept motivated students already in a music programs in some capacity, ages 10 and up for supplimental music theory lessons starting immediately. Lessons begin with a combination of classical and contemporary approaches. Basic music theory and Literature for the grand staff will be the focus. Students will be work towards proficiency in reading performing and writing for their individual instrument and Grand Staff, Tabluture, and Lead Sheets.
